Return Window

Customers may submit return requests within 15 days of delivery if:

Incorrect products are delivered
Manufacturing defects are found
Approved specifications were not followed

Custom-Made Products

Custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error. Goods produced to approved samples and buyer-confirmed tech packs are considered final sale when they match the approved specification.
